Soo disappointed!!

Bought this crossbody and absolutely loved it..AT FIRST!!!..While walking in busy downtown NY the strap BROKE and the bag fell to the ground! Very poor craftsmanship, the straps are not securely sewed on. I received it as a gift less than a week ago and it broke already.

The order is not delivered for the right person

Please Please try to provide the order to the I mean like who are who book the order provide the order and I mean call them and give the order to them. Don’t give the order to some other guys because I mean like the people who book the order, will you know spend a lot of money and book the order so try to deliver the order to the right person who has ordered back, thank you.

I loved the Steve Madden quilted small crossbody in itself, however I returned because the strap isn’t long enough to fit over coats comfortably. As a crossbody it should be longer especially for our bigger beautiful babes
