Awful Quality

These boots were only worn for 6 3 hour shows and the stitching across the top of the foot and back heal came undone! Horrible quality

LostPackage

It is very sad. I honestly though the Macy's was a wonderful place that we all could go to shop or even perhaps purchase online. Nevertheless, it is totally contrary. I purchase something which has been posted on its catalogue. The package should be arriving through UPS, and within few days of my purchase. It's been a week, and records say that the courrier UPS does not even have the package yet, which means that or I cancel the order or wait for something that my never arrive. That's truly terrible business practices. If I have been misled and shall never get my package, I shall never purchase anything from Macy's again, and public an article about this disregard for the clientele. This is ridiculous !
