Defective Bag

I was so excited to receive because I liked the blue color. when I had a time to review and get it ready for my party, I discovered it was defective. I had tried hard enough to get an exchange. unfortunately, it was out of stock and that color was not available and its price was high. I was so frustrated and now don’t know what to do. It was in the bag still because I had not used it yet. Also, just realized it was expired the date of return policy. I didn’t know we have this kind of policy before. I think it should be at least 90 days for it. I felt so bad now 😭😭😭

Extremely small.

Too small. I reviewed the measurements before purchasing but once received was disappointed in how small the bag actually was.
