Return coat because it was too wrinkled to wear

Nothing wrong with the coat. When it arrived at my house. The coat was too wrinkled to wear. Macy’s should make sure that they check things being shipped. I went to the store only to find one coat there, but it was hanging on the rack looking just like the one I returned. How do you get wrinkles out a winter coat?

Disappointed

I was anxiously awaiting this coat. The coat came with a missing button and discolored spots on the front of coat. Didn’t look new at all. Returned the day after delivery.

Beautiful but needs better quality control

This coat is beautiful, though it does wrinkle easily. The first time I tried on the jacket everything was great. However, I wore it for the first time to my kid's school function and I noticed my hand went right through the entire bottom stitch of the left pocket. My phone fell right through and it was embarrassing trying to dig it out of the inner lining. Now I have to sew it.
