Heel Falls Off

The heel cap to both boots fell off within three months with normal weekly wear. Otherwise, they were great heels, very comfortable.

Drastically different color than advertised.

I was really disappointed with these Steve Madden booties. The color online looked nothing like what I received. I ordered the HARDEN SAND SUEDE expecting a dark tan shade as described in the photo, but the boots that arrived were a much lighter beige color. It was a drastic difference, not just a slight variation. The misleading photos made me feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. While the style of the boot itself is nice, the inaccurate representation of the color is not, and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless you’re okay with surprises.
