ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service. Never received my package. Macy's told me to file a claim with my Macy's American Express card. They denied it because there is "proof of delivery". Right. They threw it in my lobby and it was stolen. ATROCIOUS customer service. Will never again order from them. See ya, Macy's.

Oversized winter scarf

I bought online as a gift for my daughter. It was much wider and heavier than I expected. My daughter thought it was a blanket when she first saw it. Pretty black and white plaid with ever so slight threads of blue and pink.. Scarf looks good on black or charcoal black coat. Soft and warm.

To Big

Didnt like, scarf is way to big, long and oversized for my taste. Not for me and probably not for you if your small & petite . Item was returned.

It can be better.

Eh…. It too much of furriness for me. It’s not something I can tolerate, but will keep it for somebody else who may need a scarf.
