great base for lipstick

This primer will not dry out your lips and is a perfect base for lipstick. The lipstick will stay true to color and will stay on. I have been using this primer for quite a long time, very happy with the results!

More of a Lipstick "Primer" than a "Plumper

I was really disappointed in Stila for this supposed "plumping primer", I tried it on my lips before sloughing, and it went on clumpy and it was drying. I also tried it AFTER I had exfoliated my lips, and it was still drying. I did wait for it to dry before trying to apply lipstick but it mixed into the lipstick rather than priming my lips for it. I did nothing to plump my lips.

Great Prep

Great prep for color. Not so much on the plumping though.
