I bought 2 sets of this as a gift for my family unfortunately one of the packages arrived almost completed damage. the package needs to have extra paper around. the second set one plate and a cop was crack but im glad Macy's took responsibility for it and i returned the broken ones and they gave me a good deal in the one that wasn't completed broken.

This is the second time this item was purchased and it came with broken parts again. This is happening because the product comes directly from the manufacturer, stone by Mercer in Champlain, NY and they pack the dishes without a bubble wrap. They dropped the boxed product in a box with no cushion. Now I have to return this heavy box to Macys for a second time. I would not recommend this product until the manufacturer knows how to package it properly.

I think this set is aesthetically pleasing and looks just like the photos. However, it’s definitely on the fragile side, so I would recommend handling it with care. Unfortunately, two of the drinkware pieces arrived shattered due to a lack of protective packaging—there was no foam or bubble wrap included to cushion the items during shipping. Aside from the damaged pieces, the rest of the set was intact and visually appealing. With better packaging, this would be a great buy.

Love, love the color of the dishes. The plates are of good weight, however the plates are too tall for my dishwasher. So, I am having to send them back. I never got the chance to use them. So disappointed. If my shelves in the dishwasher were adjustable all would be good.

I like the color (light blue-grey) and shape of this dinnerware. The bad side is that they are not stackable. They easily take silverware marks and scratches, even after the first use. Other than that, I like this dinnerware.

Macy's Customer service was absolutely unhelpful. I reached out multiple times, only to be ignored or given the runaround. For a brand that markets itself as premium, their support is anything but. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

We love our new dinnerware. I been looking for these for a long time and have finally found the right ones. The finish is wonderful. It is soft and the cups feel great in your hand. I don't know how durable they will be but I have already accedentally knocked the edges when putting them in the dishwasher but no damage has been done. We have had great positive responses from guests.
