Not a good experience

The app glitched when I ordered it, and my order was double submitted. I caught the error before the items were shipped and tried to have one cancelled before it was out for delivery and to no avail. Then I had to jump through too many hoops to get it sent back. The product itself looks decent but is not the quality I expected. One of the hinges was bent, there were several small nicks on the unit and the material itself is not very high quality.
