i ordered 2 sets of 4 dining chairs from Macys on 1/20/2025, one of them was delivered quickly that has a defective chair when we assembled them. Another set of chair was cancelled without notification until i looked into my Macys account and known this, i called Macys customer service they said this set of chair was not available in the warehouse, i am so disappointed with how Macys takes care of their customer and did not let me know this earlier. As the 2nd set of chairs was cancelled so i ordered another set on 1/28/2025 and this on the way but i am unsure if this set is okay or not so i called Macys customer sv on 1/29/2025 to cancel it and i will refuse for delivery once it comes to me. I am so tired with this and do not want to get any trouble with my order. From the 1st set of chairs i received, 3 chairs are in good condition with assembly but one chair is defective on the angle of the chair leg that is unable to assemble. i contacted Macys customer service to take it back and replace a new one or provide me with $50 credit for the defective chair modified. Then i received Macys email for return the whole package of 4 chairs. Now the package is ready for return to the seller this weekend.
