The bed is nice but…..

After over 3 hours, I finally got the bed together just to learn it was missing a set of slacks. I asked for the slacks to be sent and inquired about a discounted price for the inconvenience as my son’s bedroom makeover for Christmas is being delayed as his bed is incomplete and instead was sent a return shipping label as if I’m going to take the bed back apart, rebox it, and send it back. To date, it is unresolved and I have gotten absolutely nowhere with Streamdale. I will never purchase from them again.
