Wine opener

It’s not electric it’s battery operated. The box was missing a cutter and the bonus coasters were not included. I returned this item

I bought this for my daughter as a gift. It is bigger than I thought it would be and is very nice. I'm sure she will love it.

Stopped working after a couple of months.

The "unscrew" button no longer works. The release button works fine but nothing happens when I press the lower button to unscrew the cork. We've had this since the beginning of April and have used a a handful of times (Maybe 6 or 7). It worked great in the beginning but suddenly stopped working in May. I will contact Macy's to see if I can get a replacement, but after reading the reviews, I think this is probably a problem with the product.
