I bought the shoes to wear for an occasion. Once I got them they had been worn previously. They look like they may have been a return of some sort because the bottom of the shoe had debris on them already from someone else either trying them on or walking in them.

AWFUL service by Macy's

Extremely disappointed at Macy's. I first saw this shoe in a Macy's store, waited a very long time (store was busy and very few employees working) for them to locate my size, but they didn't have it. Then I ordered these shoes online and received the incorrect size. I had to scramble to find how to contact customer service on the Macy's website. Clearly it's buried somewhere under another heading. It does not appear that Macy's wants customers to contact customer service. I returned the wrong size shoes and received USED shows in the correct size. That's it. I'm done with Macy's. Now it will be on me to return the USED shoes. Why not have quality control prior to shipping an item to a customer?

Happy Feet!

I bought these 2 years ago, they are one of the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. I work in an office & due to back issues I use a stand up desk, therefore I am on my feet for most of the day. I discovered that of all my shoes these were the ones my feet were the happiest in. I was looking to buy a 2nd pair, the ones I currently own are starting to show wear (I wear them at least 5 days out of the week and have had to walk in the rain with them on several times)

Cute, but not functional

These sandals were so cute but the surface under my feet was super slippery to walk in. Also, the top thong was way too loose that it wasn’t tight enough to my feet adding to the difficulty in walking! Very disappointed!!
