Arrived broken

Very poor shipping the earrings are broken. because this is the last act the policy is I cannot return the item. Place send a replacement item for the broken earrings What I am I suppose to do with broken earrings. You can check my account I very rearly return or have a problem with the things I order. What am I to do.

Earrings

These earrings broke as soon as I placed one in my ear . Very disappointed , they are last act and I can’t return them . But I’ve learned to stay clear from the last act items .

Heavy and inexpensive looking

They fell apart upon removal from packaging. Look like they have been worn a lot. Went straight to the garbage!

Not Wearable

Purchased as “final sale” item I knew I could not return them but after having them repaired, they were still unwearable due to the opening to put them on was way too small. Glad I didn’t pay a lot for them.

Already broke when opened

These were already broken when I opened the package and because it was a last act item, no refunds!!! Horrible policy Macy's. Stop selling junk!!!
