Did Macy’s send me something from a thrift store?

The box was destroyed. The purse wasn’t in a plastic bag. It looked worn like from a thrift shop. The packing didn’t have the sample perfume package, but the purse has a strong perfume smell. The receipt was folded into a pocket of the purse. The box was taped over with clear packing tape. It wasn’t up to par. I love the bag. I will keep it, but it should be discounted because it didn’t seem new.

The material is not good for me

I like the style but I don’t like the material!!
