Very Disappointed

The item was well packaged, but once I completely opened, it looks very sad. It looks dirty and old, like it’s been worn and returned. Too bad I cannot return since it is a last act. I honestly did not read the reviews and I should have. I’ll see if there is anything I can do to make it look pretty, but I doubt it.

DO NOT BUY

Even after reading the bad reviews, I purchased the necklace. I received it and it was tarnished...it's trash and cannot get a refund or exchange. This is deceiving in all ways. Didn't expect this kind of quality it from Macy's. My rating of this quality of material is a zero!!!

Do Not Buy

Cannot return due to sale. Did not come with the 3" extender. The metal is very dull in most areas and cannot be cleaned. It looks terrible. Cannot be worn.

Stripping, discolored, disappointed 😞,

I guess because I bought this as a last act item, I was sent an item that is stripping and discolored, looks like they took it from an old jewelry storage container. It was stripping. As last act, i cannot return and so they sent this bad quality item. This is a waste of money if this is the quality you are going to get.
