Zipper woes!

I love this jacket! It’s light, warm & stylish. Got so many compliments. But after wearing it for a couple of times I can’t zip it. The zipper is stuck at the bottom. No apparent defect but the zipper just won’t work!! I had no choice but to return it with a heavy heart.

Another Stuck Zipper

After some difficulties getting the zipper up I found myself stuck in this jacket. Zipper wouldn't budge. I had to call a friend to help me get out of it. Returning.

Horrible

First off, I received this in the mail in a bundled mess. No bag, not folded - just like if you were taking it out to the trash. The zipper was zipped up about two inches at the bottom, but the zipper was broken and it would not move up or down so could not even try it on. And I could tell the item had been worn before. I returned it noting it was defective.

Zipper stuck

I read the review that said the zipper did not work. I assumed it was just a malfunction of the one she ordered. I ordered and I also love the jacket. However, my zipper would not move either. It would not move at all! Obviously, the zippers placed in this item are defective.

Zipper stuck!!

I never was able to try it on. Arrived with the zipper stuck and immovable. I returned it to the store where a nice young man struggled with the zipper. He concluded that it was manufactured poorly as I suspected. Didn't want to take a chance on another one.

Runs small

I loved this jacket and would have kept it but it runs a little small compared to most Style & Co clothes. I would have returned for a regular size instead of the petite but they don’t offer it in regular!
