Nice Hoodie, Bot Not So

The hoodie is cute, hence the reason I ordered it. Item was not received. Had to use the Bot numerous times to eventually get a credit, making this review less about the product and more about the bot that isn't programmed to answer questions other than the standard. Maybe it's to discourage refunds?
