Petite version costs more!!! WHY

Why does the petite version of this dress cost more than the exact dress in misses (or whatever it's called) size. If anything it should be cheaper as less fabric is used, Charging petites more is really a crappy thing to do. One star is for the rip off- not the dress itself.
