Received damaged itiem

I love style & Co cardigan's, especially this poppy blue but unfortunately I received my sweater with a hole in it and because they made it last act, I cannot return it. I really would appreciate if Macy's would bring back inspection before shipping it to items out to customers especially if they are unable to be refunded.
