how?

I ordered these shorts four times, and they were all the dark shorts. I even had Macys order two of those. Does anyone actually get the light colored shorts?

SENT WRONG AHORTS THREE TIMES!

Tried three times to get these super cute shorts and each time after ordering online the shorts CHANGED into an entirely different pair! There are other people on here reporting the sane issue so clearly Macy's isn't doing a good job of monitoring these reviews.

Computer screw-ups, poor customer service by phone

Multiple times, I tried to order these shorts online and with help from a telephone associate. I was sent the wrong fabric shorts over and over. I eventually had to drive to the nearest Macy's to make a return. I don't know if I will continue to shop at Macy's.

Perfect Shorts

Very comfortable! These shorts are lighter weight than denim which makes them perfect for those really hot summer days. They also stay wrinkle free better than many of my other shorts. I bought 2 of the chambray, a black and a salmon colored pair. They are just about the only shorts I want to wear.

No back pockets

I should have read the description I thought there were back pockets so for that I would buy them again but it my own fault for not looking into it
