Shoes are at least a full 1/2 size too large

The shoes appear to be of good value. The color is just what it appeared to be. Only my 9.5 shoes fit like a 10.5. Every pair of shoes in my closet (from many different brands) are 9.5. I have worn this size since i was in 8th grade (49 years). So I am very sure that these shoes are not sized properly so they were a waste of the little bit of free time I have. I shop on-line because I manage a family and 3 companies I own. I don't have time to take a day off and go shopping. Now I have no only the time it took to find them on-line and buy them, but now... because the sizing is so grossly off... have to waste time returning them on-line, packing them up and dropping them at the USP store, which is 30 minutes away. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
