Wrong sizing by manufacturer of Macy’s jeans…

Jeans were ordered in size 10…they were labeled size 10 on the waistband but the tag on the inside said size 6? I had already thrown out the packaging, so, I’m stuck with jeans 2 sizes too small. Someone in Bangladesh is not sizing properly…I’ll take time off from my orders to Macy’s.
