Boorcut

Mid rise is difficult for me. I kept these. I love style and co except their mid rise jeans. The bootcut Jean looks great and I love that I can get them in short length. The are reasonably priced as well. Macy’s runs some good sales so I always take advantage and keep myself stocked with style and co jeans.

why did they change the style

My favorite pair of jeans - until they discontinued this style - bought in 2023 and now in 2025, this style is not available - EVER! I have tried purchasing the new (so-called similar) style but they just don't fit the same way.

Why is the waistband so much smaller??

This was a go-to size and style for me for several years. They always fit just right. Why the change?? The waistband is 1-2" tighter than the denim it is attached to. Very uncomfortable and makes the front of the jeans bubble in just the wrong place. These are going back.

Not the size jeans !!

I purchased two pair of these jeans, thinking they would be the same as my last two pairs from 2023 but they weren't, seems Macy's wanted to do a retro flare from late 70's- 80"s . why can't people just leave things the way they are. same with Levi's changed their curvy bootcut as well, had to return them also. So I'm still looking for a pair of curvy bootcut jeans !!
