Shawl Not a Ball

Pick-up order counter gave my order to me thrown into a (hand-carry) plastic bag; the shawl was not even folded. I took it, walked away and looked at shawl (for a gift), decided it was too thin to be warm anyway (ordered per your website). I returned to your store and requested my refund, glad I didn't pay more money for insulting service and merchandise that did not look like what I expected, but found better.
