Nice but…

I purchased this open front cardigan for a trip to Europe. The weight was perfect and the coverage was just what I was looking for. The fit is true to size and I like the unstructured styling. My issue is with the quality. After a couple of washings in delicate, cold water, the material became fuzzy and unattractive. I am disappointed.

I bought mine and I was excited to use it but when I wore it, I found out that it is damaged. Unfortunately I saw it after the one month return policy so I called the store and they refused to replace it. I am so disappointed from Macy's policy because I paid for this cute cardigan but I can't use it.
