Macys is horrible !!!

I ordered the cranberry color and received a brown and beige sweater. Now I have nothing to wear for Christmas. When they pack a sweater, can't they see that it is the wrong color. I have had so many problems this year with Macys sending me broken items and colors that don't match the photo.

So Soft

A very soft light weight sweater. It runs a little too narrow through the body for me. Not sure if going up a size will help. The gold color is very nice also. Sadly will have to return.
