Colorful Smocked Top

Here is a Smocked Flutter Neck Knit from Style & Co. This top is 96% Rayon and 4% Spandex. The size I am wearing is Medium. It is a comfortable top that I would wear only in my home. I don't find it attractive at all. I think the design and colors are too loud for my taste. I am wearing a size medium and I feel it is a little bit big. It is definitely comfortable but I would not wear this to go out.
