This product didn't work for me. It did not straighten my hair. More like a small curl.

Great flat iron for short hair!

For such a small Straightener, this StyleCraft out-does many large ones I've purchased! Even though you're not able to change the heat volume, the automatic setting is perfect. I use it all the time - not just for travel.

Small enough to travel, and still perfect for everyday use! Great quality product. Do wish it had heat settings vs on/off, but not a deal breaker for me personally. Quickly becoming my go-to hair tool!

This is not my first "flatiron" so I have something to compare. This iron is exceptional in quality, design and efficiency. Since it's a travel size I was comfortable with the size. Its a good size for the on-the-go travel where touch ups ate necessary. It heats up quickly and does a great job bumping the sides or your bangs. I have to get use to the feel of the ridges so that i can make loose curls at the front of my head. My bangs came out perfect, after a couple of tries. Since i have another one I didn't expect there to be a dial for temp control, but this nay actually heat quicker and hotter son I'll have to make the necessary adjustments. I was pleasantly surprised to have a professional case for my flatiron. This makes setting down the iron in between section preps easier and travelling better. I'm pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many features that I love about this straightener! It's "shmedium" which means it is small enough to travel with and keep in a small space, but full-size enough to do it jobs efficiently. The plates are high quality and work with one stroke to straighten and smooth flyaways. It does not pinch or catch my hair which I always have a problem with straighteners, and it heats up super quickly. The only "downsides" I could see are that there is only an on/off switch (you cannot change the temperature), but this does not bother me because I always use the highest temp setting (410 F). It also does not have a lock to keep the plates closed together, so just be careful when heating.
