They have FELT on the bottom of the shoe. The heel has rubber, but they put felt like material on the rest of the bottom, which makes the boots slippery, the opposite of what you want if you live in WI in the winter Recommends this product ✘ No

sole is slippery

Whoever thought it was a good idea to put what feels like a felt on the bottom of the top foot part was way off on that design flaw. it’s slippery on hardwood floors and I’m returning for fear of slipping in these. The sole on the heel is fine just not sure why the toe was made the way it is.

Cute comfy Boots

I needed a shoe with a bit of heel for longer jeans but I wouldn't fall and break my neck. These fit the bill. I wear a W so I got the 7 (have another pair of Sugar in 7) and they fit great. The toe box is wide. I had them on with thin socks and it was find. Also room for orthotics. I will say I didn't pay attention to the arch support but my orthotics fit so it works for me. I'd go for it. Really cute. Oh and the best part is the back support doesn't jam into my ankles which is a constant problem
