Not NEW new

These boots had clearly been sent back by someone else before being sent to me. Both boots had scuff marks, and dirt on the soles. Also very stiff and uncomfortable, so I didn't reorder.

Zipper stuck! Ughhh

I'm having the worst luck. The zipper is stuck on the left black ankle boot and I can't zip it down to even try it on. The right one seemed comfortable if that helps. Returning.

I have worn these for a month, they sit at/slightly above your ankle bone; Unfortunately, they crease right at the fold of my foot too quickly for my liking; they make a tap noise with each step due to the side hanging piece. Size 9.5 true to size (pointed toe but not tight)
