SUGIFT FAILED A CHILD ASSUMED CRIMINAL

This product was meant to be a birthday gift for a 10-year-old girl—my niece—who started her own book club with seven classmates. She’s an honor student, and because of her leadership, five of her friends became honor students too. I ordered this blender to help her make healthy juices for her book club meetings—so they wouldn’t just eat junk food. But SUGIFT failed her. They ignored clear delivery instructions: “Signature required. DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR.” Instead, they left the package in a high-risk area. And now they refuse to take responsibility. The tone of their response was dismissive. It feels like they assumed that because we live in ZIP code 10462, we’re criminals. That we don’t deserve proper service. That our children don’t matter. Shame on you. You didn’t just fail a delivery. You failed a child. You failed a book club. You failed a community.
