Quality not as expected

I am extremely frustrated with this order. I waited over 10 days for my vanity desk to arrive, even though it was supposed to ship within 2-3 business days. When it finally arrived, it was damaged, with a large crack on the corner. I contacted customer care several times to explain that the desk is extremely heavy, and I am unable to lift or repackage it for return. No one even replied to me and now I am left with this damaged vanity, worst experience ever!
