The vanity received was missing parts/items, was not able to put together, contacted the support, Macy's customer service said not able to send me the missing parts, the item needs to be returned. We returned the item on 7/11/2024 using their return label, until 8/12/2024 no replacement or refund was received. I have requested a replacement during the 1st phone call. During this period, chatted with Macys two times and called in two times, such a waste of time and money. Now, i just want my money back.
