Poor online ordering & in-store pick up experience

Ordered this for in-store pick up. I NEVER received an email informing me the item was available for pick up. I tried to call the store directly, but NO ONE answered the phone. The item was placed back in stock and eventually became sold out. I didn't end up with the item. MACY's, please revisit your email systems. It has major issues...

Nice looking house slippers!

Love these Mens slippers. They very nice looking, but also have a great arch support and the shape of your foot inside, which should be helping with getting good back support! . You can wear with or without socks regardless they look great! The price wasn’t too bad either.It came very nicely packaged. They are harder in the inside than I expected… I thought they’d be like a gel or memory breathable foam. It takes a bit getting used to. I recommend them!
