Differently Cool

OK, I like this piece a lot because it’s very fashionable and eys-catching; it is different. However, it is lightweight feels a bit cheaply made. It runs high-to-the-waist so if you’re tall, it might feel like a halter top, but I’m keeping it because it’s different.
