Nice boots with cheap zippers

I really like the boots and they fit great but the zippers didn’t work. After many tries, silicone helped a lot.

THIS TOOK WEEKS TO SEND OUT FOR SUCH A. CHEAP SIMPLE SHOE, FINALLY ARRIVED AND I PEEKED IN BOX WITH TWO ZIPPERS EACH, SO LOOKED GOOD, FOLLOWING WEEK TOOK OUT OF BOX TO WEAR WITH PROF ATTIRE.... TWO RIGHT FEET. SO SOMEONE ELSE GOT THE OPPOSITE. AND NOW I AM HAVING A HARD TIME RETURNING WITHOUT TAKING IT SOMEWHER IN TOWN RATHER THAN PICK UP

Very cute boot, but they came thrown in a bag -no box. I’ve never received an item like this from Macys. Very disappointing
