Customer Service is Horrible

The shoes themselves are fine but the delivery was held up and when it came, the color was wrong (I ordered pewter, not brown). I started an online chat with "customer service" and it was so miserable and impossible (asked the same endless questions over and over with no resolution) that I just kept the brown ones. I will not order from Macy's again. Customer service is horrendous.

Wish They Fit

While these are a great style and brown color, they are pointier than they appeared in the picture so didn’t fit. I ordered my usual size and should have ordered up at least one size.
