Does nothing to block out light

I purchased these in sage and installed them on top of wide faux wood blinds. The light from every slat shines through the curtains and I don't mean just a little, I mean brightly. I usually love shopping Macy's sales to get affordable things. There is a difference between affordable and cheap. Everything I've purchased recently seems to fall into the later category. The color is nice but do NOT believe that these will block light to level 3

Nice Curtains

Good quality curtains at and affordable price. Blocks out the sun and keeps my son's room cool. I really like these curtains they make the room look elegant!
