Good for urban visibility

Increases visibility in directed light (like headlights or flashlights). Does not make a significant difference in just low light situations. Of all the winter hats I own, this is the least warm or wind resistant. However, I bought it for dog walking in an urban area. If I’m walking briskly, it provides sufficient protection from the cold. When the weather is in the single digits, I definitely prefer one of my wool hats, but down to about 20 degrees this is my go-to for evening walks with the dog.
