Why did you reformulate a great product???

The original version of this product was really nice! I had no idea that it was reformulated until I opened my new jar recently. Now, it is thick and grainy. It is also greasy. I have to wash my hands twice to get them clean after using. Really disappointed.

This is my favorite moisturizer. Period.

I found ICE about a year ago and it is the best moisturizer I've ever used in my entire life. It really moisturizes! My skin feels wonderful, looks great. ICE absorbs well and smells absolutely wonderful. I can feel it's still working hours later without any greasy feel. I actually look forward to putting it on every day. Please keep ICE among your regular Sunday Riley offerings!

The best, don’t discontinue

This completely healed my barrier to the point that I no longer need tinted moisturizer ( in my 40s ). I layer over tret at night and haven’t had any dryness since I started using this. It has not triggered any cystic acne break outs either when everything else does for me. Please do not discontinue this cream, I’ve been looking for it my whole adult life.

Gaslit, will no longer buy

This pains me because like others I've used this and loved it for years. Reached out about the formula change and was told it is NOT reformulated despite me sharing the ingredients list of the two boxes I have that are different, one normal and one chunky and gritty. I have used and bought Sunday Riley products for years but lying to customers means I will not support this 'luxury' brand anymore.

Why is it gritty?

This would be an Amazing moisturizer IF it didn’t feel like I wa rubbing sand on my face :( it is super gritty and I cannot get past it. It would feel so nice otherwise - I thought it was just a bad batch but returned 2 now and turns out it’s just the moisturizer. I had to stop using it. I LOVE everything this brand does and use most of their products - I just can’t get past this one.

Excellent cream!

I see a lot of people complaining about the formula change?? I didn’t use the old so I am curious what I missed? However I am very happy with the cream I just received!! I have bought a lot of creams thru the years and this is one of my favorites!! It’s so creamy but not greasy! It’s a little cooling when you put it on. Also has a nice scent, not overpowering at all. Very nice!! Good size jar too!! Someone said there were bits in their jar?? LOL None in mine! She probably had a reaction from putting something else on. Sometimes products don’t work well with each other? Anyways, I love this stuff!! Will buy again!!

What happened?

I used to LOVE this moisturizer. But I just started using a new container of it and it’s awful - just like every recent review. It’s SO thick and sticky, almost like a body butter. But the worst part is the gritty bits. You can’t rub it into your skin without feeling like you’re rubbing sand on yourself. I thought maybe something was wrong with mine but seems like a reformulation. Was a diehard but will not be buying this anymore - it’s a horrible nighttime cream.

Rich moisturiser

I have been using this for years, it is the best moisturiser on the market and I have tried them all ! This hands down beats them all from La Mer, La Prairie, Shiseido, Augustinus Bader, Tatcha dewy skin, etc..etc. I hope they do not discontinue this one!
