MACYS TELEPHONE CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE IS WORST

The rugs are beautiful in my long bath, but extremely thin for the price. That is the big disappointment great shades, mostly happy with the quality. Macys customer service phone assistance is the worst of all stores.

Odd Rug

The rug pictured is gray on gray, what arrived was gray on white.... not at all like the photo....and I bought two rugs, but, they both had a different color...so different that they would not work in the same area.... it wasn't as soft as I expected, a very close weave... again not as pictured, and was 28X46 (that I expected based on the reviews) but not the dimensions mentioned.... and the care of the rugs was very rigid, not washable or be dry cleaned. I returned both. Sad because the deal was so good, but maybe this is why.

Lovely rug, but caption states Incorrect Dimension

I bought this rug because the item “headline” stated 24 wide x 72 long. That is NOT correct, especially not the length. Unfortunately, if you click within the item description/details, you see dimensions given as 27 x 45...and those are the correct figures. Love the rug - great design, texture, quality - but it’s a lot smaller than I expected because if the “24 x 72” inaccurate representation in the item title/caption

Don't believe the size of this rug!

The description of rug says it's 24" X 72" so I ordered it. It is only 28" X 46" long. I was so disappointed and am not going to spend that much on a small rug.
