Bad service

I liked the first purchase that I ordered, at the same time of ordering that i also ordered another comforter. The second set took almost a full month before sending me any notifications about my shipment, both shipped items were supposed to be gifts but unfortunately the second one never came and now a month and a hald later i still haven’t received my refund nor the comforter set
