Disappointed bath rug

This bath rug really photographed quite nicely and look like good quality item. I was very disappointed on several issues....it was soft but very thin when i placed it on my bathroom floor and i could easitly feel the tile underneath when I stepped on it. The fibers never did fluff up, looked like the fur on a wet cat . And, altho I have a well lit bathroom, i had to really search for the design as it all sorta ran together. Had to return it immediately..
