Pulled threads Comforter

Very disappointed in the quality of this item. I washed it following the instructions on the tag. The shams were full of pulled threads. I phoned Macys customer service and a new one was sent out. The second one is doing the same thing. Lesson learned. This is not the quality I expect from Macys
