Sunny Bike SF-RB421004

This bike is not useable until piece #78 is replaced with something shorter. Jerrie, Attached are two photos that show the two connections of piece #78, Lower Tension Control. Photo #1 shows its attachment to piece #76, Magnetic Plate. Photo #2 shows its attachment to piece #12A, Tension Control Wire. The adjustments on both ends are at the limit to shorten the effective length of the cable inside piece #78. Turning piece #12, Tension Control Knob, does nothing. I have also tried shortening both adjustments and the control knob does nothing. Fred
