Follow up from previous review

FedEx cannot find my package which was supposed to be delivered on 6/3. FedEx informed me that the shipper has to file the claim. I have reached out several times and no one from Sunny Health has provided assistance. I spoke with Macy’s and was informed that they would reach out to the shipper and everything would be resolved in 5 days. It has been 7 business days. I need someone to provide assistance. Unacceptable!!

Decent product

Like it and is easy to use, assembly was easy. Only issue is that it creaks a lot when using it.
