Great workout that needs no electricity!

The Sunny manual treadmill was the perfect replacement for my old "regular" treadmill, which had seen better days and kept tripping the circuits in our new house. Turns out it's very common for powered treadmills to be incompatible with arc fault interrupted circuits, so I decided to go with a manual. Still getting used to the angle (which is greater than I was used to) and the need to hold on to the handles at all times, but I am loving this eco-friendly addition to our net-zero energy efficient home!

Great treadmill

This is a nice, simple treadmill that folds up into a small footprint. It has no motor, which is fine for me, but be aware. It was very easy to assemble, and can be moved by one person without any problem.

Ok but need to decrease incline

I like it. Went together easily. Is there anyway to decrease the incline for an out of shape person to be able to stay on more than five minutes?

Would buy again

Listen to the other reviews when they mention the incline. I honestly thought "Oh, it cant be that bad", but it really was - I guess I wasn't as in shape as I thought. I followed their lead and put a piece of wood under it and it's so much better. I also like how the apps includes free workouts like chair yoga.

DISAPPOINTMENT

treadmill runner sticks and is hard to walk on, I must forcefully walk just to make the runner rotate
