Nice

My first review ever but this pillow is worth posting a review on after one year. It's still fluffed haven't gone flat like the others I purchased at the same time. It's still have the same firmness but soft feeling. I'm able to hug while sleeing with my head is still on the pillow. Didn’t want to write a review without having actual experience sleeping on this pillow. Recommend

Thin and Flat Nothing Like the Product Photo

I was excited for these pillows-- they looked so puffy and full, but when I got them they were condensed/compacted for shipping, so i let them breath for a few hours, then tried to plump them up with my hands and finally put them in the dryer on no heat with some wool dryer balls and they still came out totally flat. This pic is of the pillow after 48 hrs and all my attempts at getting them to be fluffy like the pic. I didn't even bother to try laying my head on it b/c I could tell it was way too flat to support me as a side sleeper. They look like the pillows you'd get rid of when it's time to buy new pillows, not the pillows you'd buy to replace your flat and tired old pillows. These are going back. See pic

I wanted to love this pillow especially since I needed a new one for neck support, but it has no give...it's like putting your head on a big rock. Very uncomfortable, hard and heavy. Hopefully I can return it.

Never arrived

Ordered these pillows on my Macy's account and got a confirmation email with tracking information. I never received a notice again. After 2 weeks, I used tracking # to find out where they were and there's was no update. Finally called my credit card. Took the usual crazy prompts before reaching a live person. Said the pillows were no longer available
