These are attractive curtains that inspite of their light color block the sunlight.

They definitely do make a difference. I don't feel a strong draft anymore and the blackout function is a bonus. The curtains aren't light, but they aren't heavy, either. They're light enough for you to put both panels in your washer and dryer at home. They've really warmed up my room, both literally and decoratively. They are a tiny bit shorter than my windows, but I hung them up strategically so they fit. Overall, good curtains!

My bedroom gets such hot sun thru the one set of windows from 12:00 noon on till 4:00 pm and it raises the temperature of the room so much that I can't stand to be in there. I put my new curtains up and it's almost like I am suddenly in the shade! The satiny sheer of the fabric and the grommets make it look so modern. I really like them and they do a great job of blocking heat.

I have set up a bedroom and bathroom in the basement and have made my clean space to sleep while I work in the rest of the house. And in the basement level I have two windows that point in the direction of the street and while cars drive by in the night the headlights fully illuminate my room waking me up from my slumber. Since I have bought these a week ago I have slept sound each night, I couldn’t be happier with this product!
